This nine smoked glass globe sputnik chandelier is absolutely beautiful!! It was just the modern design that we were looking for. Perfect for our stairway and it had more than enough chain to make adjustments. While screwing in the light bulb. I accidentally shattered one of the globes. I immediately contacted the seller through Amazon chat on Friday to inquire about a globe replacement. Saturday evening the seller replied and asked for the order # and our contact info and said they would ship it out on Monday. Monday afternoon the seller contacted me to let me know the replacement globe had been shipped. Now, if that’s not good customer service I don’t know what is! I highly recommend this light and the seller. Thank you for making this a pleasant buying experience
This chandelier is beautiful. It is best to hang it and then put on the glasses. It is bright so we bought a dimmer switch for it. When we dim it low two of the nine lights goes completely out but it is still beautiful.
